Hold'em Pot Limit and No Limit
Pot Limit and No Limit games are preffered by many of the top-level poker players because of the financial risk and reward involved. The higher bet structures make for an exciting game of poker.
Pot Limit poker games are very exciting and are a favorite of European poker players.
The only difference between Pot Limit Hold'em and standard Limit Hold'em is the betting structure.
The Minimum Bet:
At the start of each round the minimum bet is the amount of the big blind wager. During the course of a round of betting, a bet size cannot decline. (A bet or raise must be as much as the previous bet or raise) If someone bets or raises $5, then the next player's minimum raise would be $5.
Minimum eligible Raise:
The raise amount must be equal or exceed the preceding bet or raise in the same round. For example, if the first player to act bets $5 then the second player must raise a minimum of $5.
Maximum eligible Raise:
In order to determine the maximum, you must calculate the total amount in the pot (pot-limit bet). The size of the pot is defined as the total of the pot in the middle plus all bets on the table plus the amount the active player must first call before raising.
There is no cap to the number of raises in Pot Limit games.
No higher limit is available, other than the players’ credits. The No Limit version of Hold'em is a very profitable and enjoyable game.

The raise amount must be equal or exceed the preceding bet or raise in the same round. For example, if the first player to act bets $20 then the second player must raise a minimum of $20.
Maximum eligible Raise:
All of the chips you have at the table!
Any player can go all in (wager all his chips) at any point during the play of the hand. A player is never forced to call more than the amount of chips he has on the table at any moment. So, no player can be "bet out" of a hand.
If one player runs out of chips during the course of a hand, and more than one opponent remains with more chips than that player, then a side pot is created. An all-in player can win from another player only as much as he is in for.
There is no cap to the number of raises in No Limit games.
